Saliha Backstory
Hand embroidery is a beautiful art form that’s been practiced in India for centuries. It’s an important part of today’s cultural heritage, with its roots firmly planted in tradition and beauty. The journey starts with collecting the best quality materials like Dabka, Sequins, Kasab, Khichha, pearls(moti), pearl drops(Surai), Resham, and mirrors, then reaches our inhouse unit in the heart and soul of India, Delhi. The diversity of this beautiful art form is unparalleled as our artisans come from Lucknow, Bareilly, Agra, and Rajasthan all over India. They use their fingers to create intricate patterns on clutch bags, making them a piece of art for you!

All of our artisans (Karigars) come from a community of karigars who have been practicing craft making for generations. The Tan Clan family takes pride in their continued employment and tries to uplift their art in these times of fast-forward machine-made products.
