Returns & Exchange Policy

At THE TAN CLAN, we take pride in crafting products you'll love. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

 1. Free 3-Day Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges within *3 days of delivery*.

Requests must be submitted through the Returns & Exchanges section on our website within 3 days of receiving your order.

 2. Returns Are Issued as Store Credit

We do not provide cash refunds, bank transfers, or refunds to the original payment method.

Approved returns will be issued as THE TAN CLAN Store Credit , which:

* Has no expiry date
* Can be used on any future purchase on our website
* Will be issued after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection

3. Mandatory Images for All Returns & Exchanges

To process any return or exchange request, customers must upload the following images:

* Front view of the product
* Back view of the product
* Image of the product along with its packaging

Requests submitted without these images may be rejected.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, the issue must be reported within *72 hours of delivery* through the return/exchange portal.

Additional images or videos may be requested by our team to verify the claim.

Complaints raised after 72 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

5. Exchange & Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange if:

* The request is submitted within 3 days of delivery
* The product is unused and in its original condition
* Original tags, packaging, dust bags, and brand boxes are intact
* The mandatory images have been uploaded during the request process

Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing tags, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within *12 hours of placement*.

For prepaid orders cancelled within this period, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 2–4 working days.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

7. Packaging Requirements

All products must be returned with:

* Original brand box
* Dust bag (if applicable)
* Product tags
* Any accessories received with the order

Failure to return the complete package may result in rejection of the return or exchange request.

How Returns & Exchanges Work

1. Visit the Returns & Exchanges section on our website.
2. Enter your order details and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
3. Upload the mandatory images:

   * Front view
   * Back view
   * Product with packaging
4. Submit your request within 3 days of delivery.
5. Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.
6. After the product is received and passes quality inspection:
   * Store Credit will be issued for returns, or
   * The replacement product will be shipped for exchanges.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to shipping costs, customs duties, and logistical limitations.
